11:00-12:00: Meet and greet
The meet and greet and registration of players lasts from 11:00 until noon at Oppsal Arena. There, all the players will be registered, get their food tickets, and meet all the other players.
12:30-15:04: Express League matches
The first matches start at 12:30. In these first 2,5 hours of the tournament, the teams will play each other in quick 7 minutes matches. Se the match schedule page for details on the matches.
14:45-16:15: Lunch break
15:20: Team leader´s conference
16:15-20:45: Group stage matches
Group stage matches on two levels – recreational and competitive. Matches are played 2 times 12 minutes.
19:45-21:15: Dinner

10:00-14:00: Competitive level: Quarter finals and semi finals
10:00-14:00: Recreational level: Remaining group stage matches
13:00-15:00: Lunch break
15:00-18:30: Placement matches
18:00: Final
18:30: Medal ceremony
19:00: Barbecue
21:00: Closing party
Saturday 25th
13:00-16:00: Pride parade
The pride parade starts at Grønlandsstredet, and moves through the streets of Oslo. Raballder Håndball have our own banner, and we welcome all handballers to join us in parade.
16:00-00:00: Pride park
The pride park is the heart of Oslo Pride. After the parade it turns into a great outdoor party with concerts and shows. Read more about it on the Oslo Pride page. There is free entrance for the park..
